Watch Your Health Spa Etiquette

Here are some reminders especially for first-time spa goers to make your stay a relaxing and fun experience:

  1. Book well in advance.
  2. Call 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  3. Wear appropriate clothes and be prepared to undress if required on the treatment you booked.
  4. Be there 10 – 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
  5. Always inform the therapist of your health condition that may need to be addressed.
  6. In consideration of the other clients, turn off your cell phones and pagers.
  7. Allow the therapist to advise and prepare you for the treatment.
  8. Take your time as you prepare to leave the room, but be sensitive of other clients waiting for their turn.
  9. Know the tipping policy in advance.
  10. Let the personnel know of your feedbacks, they are always appreciated.
