Watch Your Health Spa Etiquette
Here are some reminders especially for first-time spa goers to make your stay a relaxing and fun experience:
- Book well in advance.
- Call 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Wear appropriate clothes and be prepared to undress if required on the treatment you booked.
- Be there 10 – 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Always inform the therapist of your health condition that may need to be addressed.
- In consideration of the other clients, turn off your cell phones and pagers.
- Allow the therapist to advise and prepare you for the treatment.
- Take your time as you prepare to leave the room, but be sensitive of other clients waiting for their turn.
- Know the tipping policy in advance.
- Let the personnel know of your feedbacks, they are always appreciated.
