Water Walking – this is a low impact walking exercise with conditioning of the upper body muscles. It is the water's buoyancy which supports body weight and minimizes stress on the spine and joints.
Thalasso Therapy – A broad concept which uses the efficient healing power of the sea with marine-based products such as the algae, sand and saltwater. These are utilised both as medicinal and cosmetic preparations.
Thai Massage – The classic Thai massage involves no oil but stretching movements. The clients are dressed. They use the elements of Chinese reflexology and Ayurveda in the meditation part.
Swedish Massage – It is the same as the connective tissue massage which joins long stroking movements with circular ones. Kneading is incorporated to loosen the deep muscles.
Pilates – This is an exercise program which may or may not use an apparatus, based on 8 basic principles. The objective is to improve the flexibility and strength, and to make a balance in the body. It is most effective for those with back or posture problems.
Hydro Oasis - Massage bath coupled with coloured light effects which are controlled by music. The sensation of warmth and lightness is enhanced by using integrated body packs.
