GlossaryDysfunction - when something does not functions right. Erection - the physical state of the penis when it becomes engorged, swollen and firm. Impotence - the inability of a man to achieve and maintain an erection needed for the completion of sexual intercourse. It is not the same as male infertility. Prostheses - synonymous with implants, these are devices that are designed to either replace a missing body part, or aid an existing body part to function better Urinalysis - One of many laboratory tests conducted in hospitals and clinics. The purpose is to analyze the composition of one’s urine; and the results of which aid doctors in properly diagnosing diseases, and prescribing the right medication.
